Batman aka Bruce Wayne is a fictional superhero appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. The character was created by artist Bob Kane and writer Bill Finger, and first appeared in Detective Comics #27. In film, he has been portrayed by Lewis Wilson, Robert Lowery, Adam West, Michael Keaton, Val Kilmer, George Clooney, Christian Bale and Ben Affleck. He has been voiced by a variety of voice actors, including Olan Soule, Kevin Conroy, Rino Romano, Diedrich Bader, and Jason O'Mara
Three words: BATMAN ARKHAM CITY. But honestly batman is the best hero of all time. The dark knight trilogy is severely overrated but that doesn't stop the world greatest detective from being the best superhero of all time. His character has so much depth, sometimes I almost cry because of how much of an amazing character he is. All of his villains are great and the joker is the opposite of him in every way which is why he is also the best villain of all time. Kevin Conroy is the best batman bar none. Play the video games, read the dark knight returns. BE AMAZED!
Although he can be beaten by some of the more powerful heroes, batman has Possesses no powers, has the most depth, the best stories and the best villains. He's a genius, an accomplished escape artist, a pro race driver, he would basically win every event at the olympics, he's an acrobat, a gymnast, the worlds greatest detective, a stealthy ninja, a pilot, has had experience with pretty much all forms of combat, a master of countless martial arts, has been called "fear itself", is a complete badass and has therefore earned the title "the damn batman"
Spider-Man is a fictional superhero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics existing in its shared universe. The character was created by writer-editor Stan Lee and writer-artist Steve Ditko, and first appeared in the anthology comic book Amazing Fantasy #15 (August 1962) in the Silver Age of Comic Books.
In films, Spider-Man has been portrayed by actors Tobey Maguire (2002–2007), Andrew Garfield (2012–2014) and Tom Holland (2016–present), who has portrayed the character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe since 2016.
Peter is a boy with a good heart. He is one of the most emotional character of all time who always blamed himself for the death of his uncle. He is smart and has a strong heart. People like J.J. jameson declare him as hideous and negative all the time but he doesn't care. All he knows is that he must help anyone who is helpless and innocent.
I really liked an issue where he doesn't catch an old thief just because he was old and reminded him of his uncle Ben. He really loves his uncle & his Aunt May who he never forgets to call even if he is fighting criminals he still manages to reach out to a closest phone booth to just give a call to Aunt May. That's our beloved Peter Parker - The boy next door.
Spider-Man has always been my favorite super hero. He's easily one of the most relatable comic book characters out there; he has to deal with issues that normal people face such as maintaining a job, dealing with school, financial struggles, juggling relationships whether they be friendly or romantic, etc.; all in addition to being a super hero. This is what makes him such a great character, he's just a normal guy who one day is burdened and blessed with these great powers that affect his whole life, and he has to try and strike a balance between his normal life and his hero life, but he doesn't always find this balance, which is what makes him so great. Not to mention, his origin story is very emotional and influential.
Superman is a comic character. And probably the first powerful superhero in the fictional world. The character was created by writer Jerry Siegel and artist Joe Shuster, high school students living in Cleveland, Ohio, in 1933. It was published by DC comics. The first animated superhero movie was superman. The origin story of Superman relates that he was born Kal-El on the planet Krypton, before being rocketed to Earth as an infant by his scientist father Jor-El, moments before Krypton's destruction. Discovered and adopted by a Kansas farm couple, the child is raised as Clark Kent and imbued with a strong moral compass. Very early on he started to display various superhuman abilities, which, upon reaching maturity, he resolved to use for the benefit of humanity through a secret "Superman" identity.
Superman resides and operates in the fictional American city of Metropolis. As Clark Kent, he is a journalist for the Daily Planet, a Metropolis newspaper. Superman's love interest is generally Lois Lane, and his archenemy is the supervillain Lex Luthor. A close ally of Batman and Wonder Woman, he is typically depicted as a member of the Justice League. Like other characters in the DC Universe, several alternate versions of Superman have been characterized over the years.
Superman's appearance is distinctive and iconic; he usually wears a blue costume with a red-and-yellow emblem on the chest, consisting of the letter S in a shield shape, and a red cape. This shield is used in many media to symbolize the character. Superman is widely considered an American cultural icon. He has fascinated scholars, with cultural theorists, commentators, and critics alike exploring the character's role and impact in the United States and worldwide. The character's ownership has often been the subject of dispute, with Siegel and Shuster twice suing for the return of rights. The character has been adapted extensively and portrayed in other forms of media as well, including films, television series, and video games. Several actors have portrayed Superman in motion pictures and TV series including Kirk Alyn, George Reeves, Christopher Reeve, Dean Cain, Tom Welling, Brandon Routh, Henry Cavill, and Tyler Hoechlin.
Wolverine is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics, commonly associated with the X-Men. His powers and abilities include a healing factor and his signature adamantium claws and adamantium skeleton.
Wolverine is basically immortal, because in the movie a ninja stabbed a sword right through his stomach and when the guy pulled it out, it just regenerated! And wolverine had badass claws to just stab people with them. Wolverine should be higher up In the list, definitely higher then Superman; At least 3rd not 5th. Also Wolverine isn't weird and all "! THE WORLD IS GOING TO END! WHO PARKED ON MY SANDWICH! " (dramatic face) like Superman, he is just so chill and only does stuff that matter; he is so cool and actually has a life.
Wolverine is one of the most unique super heroes of all time. I mean, come on, this guy should be second on the list. He isn't a joking type like Spider Man, and he isn't a cheesy type like Superman or Cap. America. This is the guy who comes to a fight with his claws OUT. And he's older than Xavier, has healed back from the point of death about a thousand times, and his bones are coated in indestructible metal. Did I forget to mention that?
Maybe he isn't the best ever, but he definitely deserves to be above SUPERMAN. Superman is a boring superhero because he has no dark side, he is too OP, and he isn't interesting to read about because he has no depth! He's just one-dimensional. So maybe Wolverine doesn't deserve to be number one, but there's no way we can let him be below Superman.
Iron Man is a fictional superhero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics, as well as its associated media. The character was created by writer and editor Stan Lee, developed by scripter Larry Lieber, and designed by artists Don Heck and Jack Kirby. He made his first appearance in Tales of Suspense #39. In The Marvel Cinematic Universe, he is portrayed by Robert Downey Jr.
He is a villain and people don't even know it. He caused a ton of bad things. Now I'm just telling all those dummies out there, I'm going into extreme sarcasm. Of COURSE it was an accident he created Ultron and made him evil. All of us know that he didn't mean to make those bombs that killed quicksilver and scarlet witch's parents. And ALL of us know (SPOILER ZONE) he didn't mean to chop Bucky's arm off (END OF SPOILER ZONE). All of us know that when Black Widow helped Cap escape in Civil War, she did it because she liked both sides, NOT BECAUSE SHE REALIZED IRON MAN WAS A TOATAL VILLAIN. You see, we all call Iron Man a superhero, but he isn't. He just wants the fame, the coolness (not sure if coolness is a word), and money. He even said himself that Cap was the boss of the Avengers and he was the one that made everything cool. And guess what? I'm a ten year old girl. I bet you later in the MCU, you'll see. But for now, I guess it's just me, Black Widow, and maybe even Bucky and Cap ...more
Extreme intelligence and war strategies makes him epic. He is the best superhero because a person like him is most unlikely to be one. Rich and cool people generally don't become heroes. But this guy is different. He is stronger than all the other avengers except Vision, Scarlett Witch and Doctor Strange. But with his entire army of armours he is stronger than anyone. Although most of them got destroyed in Iron Man 3 but he has the potential to built them again. He mentored Spider Man who is second on this list.He is truly a great hero.
Unlike batman (whom I will personally prefer as rank 1)... Tony stark reeks charisma plus he is the only hero that I believe will become a reality. As bat man's hidden identity can't survive in today's tech but concepts like iron man or super soldiers can work
Captain Steven Grant Rogers, most known as Steve Rogers or Captain America, is a fictional superhero appearing in the American comic books published by Marvel Comics. He was a World War II veteran and is known as the world's first superhero. The character was created by Jack Kirby and Joe Simon and was portrayed by Chris Evans in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Cap is the only superhero that, if you strip him of his powers and abilities; things that make all other superheroes what they are, eg, Iron man's incredible intelligence, and his suits of armour, Hulk's super strength, Thor's immense power, etc, would be the only real superhero left, it's not his enhanced strength, speed or fighting ability that makes Cap's a superhero, it's his heart: he's compassionate, fair-hearted and morally driven. Furthermore, he's the best hand to hand fighter in the Marvel Universe, he's taken on the likes of Wolverine, Black Panther, Iron Fist, he even stood up to Thanos by himself when nobody else would and fought until the last punch, plus the Captain America trilogy is the best set of films in the franchise's history so far, without a doubt the best superhero in my opinion.
Captain America is the hero that makes Superman a wuss. First, Steve Rodgers has a personality, has limits that makes him more interesting than DC characters. He was the first Avenger, and he deserves that title. Steve froze himself to save America, more definitely the world. He never thought he was put into hibernation, he just faced it with dignity. He DOES NOT belong under Batman, who's just rich with gadgets.
Superman just saves a woman over and over, gets his power from the sun and any other star that has enough of the same radiation. Steve knows he can die, yet he fights.
Robert Bruce Banner, also known as The Hulk or Bruce Banner, is a fictional superhero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character was created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby and was portrayed by Edward Norton and Mark Ruffalo in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Hulk is the strongest one there is. He is this because as a fight goes on he never gets tired and his strength increases as he gets madder. So in essence, Hulks power is not limited. I have never seen any being quite like him and have been a fan of him for 18 years now. He is and always will be "The Strongest One There Is! "
Storyline's are important and Hulks storyline is off the charts. Hulk has character and can show it when he needs too. He is strong and very brave. Hulk would never back down a fight. He's so strong its actually scary.
There's not much to say about the Hulk, except that his brutality and strength simply make an enjoyable read. When Hulk takes a hit, you'll see the damage.
Hulk can take on any revenge and any battle if ya like green he would be the kind of guy to look up to. What will the incredible hulk do now
The Flash is the name of several superheroes appearing in comic books published by DC Comics. Created by writer Gardner Fox and artist Harry Lampert, the original Flash first appeared in Flash Comics #1.
I appreciate the Flash, Barry Allen or Wally West, not because of their speed, their brains, or their quips (though, those are all admittedly great). I like them because of who they are. Right at their core, they're probably the friendliest, nicest, most polite superheroes if we don't count Superman and Captain America. (I'm not talking about the new T.V. show, since it's sorta changed his personality) I'm talking about the comics. Barry is so thoughtful, and genuinely loves people. He hurts when anyone dies, no matter how well he knew them, and that's what makes him a hero. He never stops trying to be better.
The speed force gives him so many more powers than just speed too. He can phase through objects, travel through time and to other dimensions, and can turn invisible. And if its Wally West we're talking about, he's got the funniest quips in all of comics (sorry spidey and dadpool). Add to that one of the best rogue's galleries and he by far the best.
The Flash deserves the title of The Best Superhero ever. He is the fastest, and coolest. He isn't superstrong but doesn't need to be because he can overpower strength with his speed. One Flash died to save earth. He is just plain the best. Ever.
Green Lantern is the name of a number of superheroes appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics.
One of my favorite heroes, and not because he can glow and fly and beat up bad dudes with his imagination (not that I don't like that). I like Hal, Kilowag, Guy, John, Kyle and all the others in the Corps for what they stand for. They're cops for the universe, protecting as many as possible, often at their own expense. If you've read any of their comics, you can see that they take almost as much crap as the Bat-Family, what with being in charge of a piece of the emotional spectrum, and yet deferring to the Guardians, beings who don't believe in, nor condone, emotion.
Hal often takes the hit for whatever team he's on, whether it be the JL or the Corps, and Kyle had to drag the whole Corps out of the gutter almost on his own. John and Guy have also had to sacrifice a lot, giving up those they love, and even becoming members of the Red Lantern Corps. All of these sacrifices, plus many more (Coast City was destroyed and Parallax ruined lives, Kilowag wouldn't let Hal leave without ...more
He pretty much has the greatest will power of not just every Green lantern but every superhero. Some people also say that he has too many powers but just because he can make anything doesn't mean that he can do anything.
Nothing to say really. He is just awesome. But, the fact that his abilities were not magically given to him, that they are actually a piece of extraterrestrial tech and that there are others like him, is awesome.
Green Lantern is the best super her ever! I got to write an essay on any super hero I wanted and I chose Green Lantern. He should totally be number 1!
Thor Odinson is a fictional superhero appearing in the American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character, based on the Norse mythological deity of the same name, is the Asgardian god of thunder and possesses the enchanted hammer Mjolnir, which grants him the ability of flight and weather manipulation amongst his other superhuman attributes. He has been portrayed by Eric Allan Kramer in the TV film, The Incredible Hulk Returns and Chris Hemsworth in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Why are all the people in the top ten boys. Also where do they get the muscled super strong handsome save the day boy and the showy hot girl who doesn’t really do anything?
Thor is by far better than most of the people before him, including Batman, Superman, Cap, Iron Man, Green Lantern, the 2 Indian heroes, and the hulk. Should at least be in top 10. He is so awesome and can beat hulk any day.
Thor is incredible. Powerful and unique amongst other heroes and it's extremely fascinating and inteiguing how no other physical human being can take his hammer. It's just so incredible.
